I just tried to install SuSe 10.1 on my system. PC suite no longer detects my phone on that computer. Infact it doesn't show the DKU serial cable option in connection manager. Hmm... Could this be a hardware conflict?

Today i discovered that i could write down anything i want on my cell phone and easily transfer it to my computer. I had never thought of this realm of mobile computing. Just yesterday i got an email saying that my current free webhost ultra-serve.net stopped free hosting. I had to go back to free hosting directories to find a new free host. You may think i am cheap... Hosting has become so affordable now a days that almost anyone can afford it. So why should i opt for free hosting? Because there is no way i can pay these guys. Some of my hostel friends who don't have a computer are making plans to buy one in third semester.. Its amazing to see how the prices have dropped (and are still dropping).. I could get my same PC for a good Rs 6000 lesser now! Had i waited for a few more months, I would have got a more HiFi PC.. maybe with HT processor or a Athlon 64.. which, by the way, has become cheaper than an Intel P4! Oh

I had a recent makeover for my computer desktop. I tried to remove any unneccessary icons from the desktop. I managed to get down to 5: Recycle Bin My Computer My Documents Edurite Games (all games shorcuts in here) Then i realised that I can remove My Computer and My Documents from the desktop and place them in the Start Menu.
